Discover the Best Restaurant on Chicago's North Shore

Initially inspired by the bohemianism of Amy’s two favorite literary periods; Gertrude Stein's salon of 1920’s Paris and Jack Kerouac of 1950's San Francisco. Found now has stepped into its next decade, with Amy’s deep-seeded belief that “that all things must change” so too did Found; now as a melange of the "salon's of yesteryear" blended with the vibe of Jackie O' meets The Beatles...in India.

Laid out in a series of rooms, Found boasts an open air "inside-outside" living room, a dining room, kitchen counter, library and salon.  The space is one anyone would feel comfortable in and one offering atypical seating such as sofas and cocktail tables as well as traditional dining tables as well.

The space as the name are "found" items. Some of Amy’s best “finds” include salvaged furniture such as the original Chicago Courthouse benches, vintage books specifically from 1920-1958 and even the original “booth one” phone from Chicago’s legendary Pump Room. You’d be hard-pressed to find a more inviting restaurant in downtown Evanston. Come in and discover one of the best places to eat on Chicago’s North Shore!
